Our Clinic

Our clinic is located in the New Hope community in Dallas, GA, however much planning went into the name, New Hope Urgent Care. We thought about the area where the clinic was being built. We thought about giving our patients the exceptional care that we knew we could provide. We knew the urgency and need of our services in this area to be great. We thought about ourselves and the new hope that each of us had by starting this new office. We knew that the care could now be delivered in a way that was personal, private and caring.

Most of us had come from a corporate medical setting. When we decided to start this office it had only been fondly talked about at work. It was almost a daily thing to say that we wish we had our own clinic. We knew what changes needed to be made to improve patient care. We knew that any problems that arose could be solved in only a few moments instead of waiting days to go through different chains of corporate command before the issue could ever be addressed.

We wanted the personal touch back in the medical field which seems to have been replaced with numbers and electronics in this busy corporate world. We want to make you feel like a part of our family. We will strive to meet all of your expectations of care by first listening to our patients, planning the care to be delivered, then delivering that care from our trained medical staff and providing information on treatment and follow-up as needed.

This story has a fairy tale ending because we dared to believe in ourselves. We said our prayers and started on this adventure together and now you can see how it turned out. All of our dreams have come true. Thanks to each and everyone for making us a success at New Hope Urgent Care!
